Here at Rees Developments we don’t do small print. Our commitment to professionalism includes transparent contracts so you know exactly what you can expect from us.

For additional peace of mind this includes your right to withhold 5% of the payment for six weeks after the project is completed – if there are any teething problems and installation defects they will come to light during this time so we will remedy them before you make your final payment.
