Owner Vincent Rees is a hugely-experienced project manager, with over ten years in the building trade and expertise in all types of domestic building work.

Having previously worked as a site manager with a major housebuilder, and as a lecturer in Construction and the Built Environment, Vincent offers a fresh approach to contracting.

Rees Developments prides itself on a collaborative and honest dialogue with clients. Quotations are properly broken down and fully-explained, with close contact between contractor and client maintained throughout the life of a project.

Originally trained as a roofer in his family’s business, Vincent, who has a degree in Construction from Liverpool John Moores University, is ‘hands-on’, often working himself on site. He is passionate about property, enjoying the opportunity to work closely with clients to make their ideas reality.
